electric tongue jack wiring

I just install an electric tongue jack with a 12v battery as the power source. I have the emergency brake battery and trickle charger currently receiving a trickle charge anytime the plug is in the truck.

How do I hook up my new 12v battery to receive a trickle charge also? do I need an isolater and a separate trickle charger dedicated to the jack?

Doesn't your camper have a battery?
I would run it off of that.

Is it a Forest River horse trailer or a PrimeTime horse trailer?

How big is your break away battery?
If its the normal small one 3 inch by 5 inch that's not big enough.
You'll have to install a group 24 marine which can be used for break away and jack then remove the little dinky one
in my opinion
