Electronic Sway Control System for Electric Trailer Brakes

Hello all, I getting ready to go from permanently parked in my fiver to full time RVing. I've been do a lot of research and seeing that a fiver doesn't sway (i'm sure it does to an extent) it's the travel trailers that could have a lot of sway depending on conditions. I'm looking at a kit, link below but wondering if it's truly necessary? I would love to hear from others pulling a fiver and their thoughts. Thanks in advance!
