Frame brackets, for what?

Flagstaff 26RLWS: On the end of the frame, under the rear bumper there is a channel bracket with 4 holes in it. What's it for, skid rollers? Luggage rack? The frame rails are around 66" apart. Most after market luggage racks that I've seen are 60" or under. It would be nice to find a bolt on rack made to fit.

My 2016 29FBSS has the same brackets. I've wondered what they are for.

Does one of your tanks extend lower thAN the bottom frame rail and is pushed close to the rear of trailer?

They look like they're for if the trailer bottoms out to protect something underneath.

Looks to me like a bracket to attach stabilizer jack to.

I'd say they're added there to protect the landing gear as the picture shows and would be a good place for a set of skid rollers.

My 2014 Flagstaff 27RLWS has the factory installed stabilizers mounted there....I'll use the word "stabilizer" loosely......thought about removing them and installing something with a little more "umph".
