Cool Frame rattles

I am new to FR Forums and a new owner of a 2012 Sunseeker 3010DS, so please bear with me. Once I've driven several miles, an extremely annoying metallic rattle comes from under my unit. I've crawled under it and think I've located the source although I do not know what it is called. There are three metal shields each welded between the cross members of the chassis frame. It is some sort of shield over the exhaust system. The middle metal piece seems to be the culprit. Although all the welds appear to be intact, when hit with a rubber mallet it sounds like the rattle I'm hearing. When hit, other two don't sound the same. Has anyone had this problem and if so, what was your solution. Otherwise, suggestions please.
