Front stabilizer issue

I recently purchased a 2012 Coachmen Freedom Express 296REDS. Before I left the dealer, I made sure the electric stabilizers worked but I only put them down an inch or so. I tried putting them all the way down when I got home to find an issue with the passenger side stabilizer. It will go down about one inch and go no further. I was able to push it down by hand but there is no pressure on the stabilizer. I'm curious to know whether anyone else has had this issue.
