Front to rear bouncing

In July, we purchased a new 2012 Sunseeker LE 2250s. It's a class C that is approximately 24'6" and is built on a Chevy Express 4500 chassis. While driving it we experience severe bouncing from front to rear. This is especially evident when we go over seams in the roadway etc. My wife and I travel pretty light so loading has been ruled out. Forest River approved air bags being added to the rear suspension but this has not helped with this issue. The Chevrolet dealer performed weight measurements and advised that their cab/chassis are sold for multiple applications and in our case the original shocks cannot handle the weight once the coach was added to the frame. Forest River says it's within specifications and therefore not their problem. Has anyone experienced similar problems and or have any recommendations?

Regarding the front to rear bouncing with out motorhome. Forest River agreed to replace the shocks on our RV. Front and rear Bilstein's were added and the problem disappeared. I hope this may help someone out there in the future.
