The rubber gasket that runs along the top of the slideout opening keeps sliding out when I drive. When we arrive anywhere the rubber is hanging out a foot or so. I tried silicone. That didn't hold. I put a screw and washer on the end. It still slides. Any suggestions out there ?

That would have been my suggestion. I don't see how it could slide out when it's scured with a screw. Did the screw poke thru the gasket when you tightened it?
