Georgetown replacement shocks

Looking for advice before I spend some more BIG bucks!

I've got a '12 Georgetown 360XL, with 38k miles.

I've added a steering stabilizer, and Sumo Springs and done the CHF all which have helped the sway and handling issues.

Now the coach is beginning to "porpoise" over bad bumps and bridge crossings. (Shocks going bad).

Was wondering If I should invest in Konis (for 2x the amount of the Bilsteins).

Are they worth the additional
$$$ ??

Thanks everyone!

Bilsteins are a very good shock. I installed them on my f350 dually and am completely happy. My brother installed them on his winnebago motorhome and he said the ride was unbelievable so much better. I work in the automotive business and there is a difference in quality parts. The old saying you get what you pay for is true! Hope this helps.

Georgetown replacement shocks

I wound up buying Bilsteins on Amazon, (of course). I checked all over but they seemed to have the best $$, and free shipping. The rears were about $80 each, but I got Both fronts for $90 total!! Their "used" section. Shocks are actually NEW but the OE boxes were torn. Put them on, worked great!! Old shocks were just worn out after 40k miles!! Thanks for everyone's feedback!!

Just added the Bilsteins to our 2017 351DS and it made a big difference, especially with the roads in Northwest Indiana. Also got them from Amazon and installed them with little problem.

Could not believe that the factory shocks had zero rebound: since it was all 4 of them, had to be the design of the shock,. The Bilsteins were an easy and relatively inexpensive upgrade.

Which bilsteins did you get? Been looking to replace the crappy ones on our 3051 - rides really rough in the back end even with the air bags tweaked for softer ride.

Bilstein 24-234511 on the Front and 24-234528 on the back. Had to confirm that they fit the 2017.

Just finished Rally's in Quartzsite and Tucson and Koni seemed to be the shock that many were talking about, both vendors and actual users.

The same ones for my 2012 360.

Just got back from a 3200 mile round trip to the Midwest. I live in So Cal.
I had recently done the CHF, and replaced all the factory shocks, (Bilsteins), with aftermarket Bilsteins.
Roads included interstates, county and township roads, AND 30 miles on dirt / muddy , (graded) roads with snow.

RV handled flawlessly!

Best ride I've ever experienced in the 6 years I've owned and driven it!

We just turned 40k miles on the odometer today on the way home.
