Goodyear has not updated their Load Inflation Table to include the new 14" LRD tires yet. http://www.goodyearrvtires.com/pdfs/rv_inflation.pdf
The placard on your trailer will list the MINIMUM COLD PSI your trailer tires need in order to safely carry the load. As long as you did not change the tire SIZE, this will still be accurate. The tires will have the MAXIMUM COLD PSI they can safely keep inside without failing, stamped into their sidewall. As long as you stay between those two numbers, you will be golden. It is just personal preference at that point. Many will tell you to run the Max PSI as found on the tires sidewall. I prefer a happy medium and have been running about halfway between the two numbers.
Additional info...
The wheels and valve stems also have PSI ratings. Wheels are pretty much a non-issue, but you will want to make sure that your valve stems are capable of whatever PSI you decide to run.
