I didn’t see anywhere that the feds were in this suit against Goodyear. This person should look at all the junk china bombs that are being sold in this country.

Before you can sue the companies making "China bombs" you have to prove they were faulty from the beginning. Not run under inflated, over loaded, at excessive speed, bounced off/over curbs, or otherwise abused in use.
The Fed's have already shown that they're willing to force a recall of bad Chinese tires. Apparently there is no proof that all the failures of Chinese trailer tires are strictly tire related. Example, how many vehicles towing travel trailers have you seen flying by you on the freeway in excess of 75 mph? Now answer what the max speed rating of those trailer tires is.

I see a lot of campers pass me that's running tires that should only run 65.

But I have a Silverado and mostly trucks that can pull really heavy loads pass me(Fords and Rams)

If that Prius was pulling a camper. I saw a F-150 pulling a big bunkhouse fifth wheel with 20in tires, ever since I have a lot of respect for Ford
