How do Full Timers inflate tires

Just becoming a full timer in a 35 ft trailer. The idea of getting the beast into a gas station to inflate the tires is a bit scary - hate maneuvering in tight spaces. How else can we do tire maintenance? Are there any really portable mini compressors out there?

You can pick up a nice Kolbalt air compressor at Lowes for a little over a $100. That's been my choice for a long time!

I use the VIAIR portable rv automatic compressor, it's a little pricey but a very nice unit.

VIAIR Corporation - 400P-RV Automatic Portable Compressor (P/N 40047)

You didn't describe "the beast" here so be sure whichever compressor you choose it has the capability in adequately inflate "the beasts" tires. My diesel pusher required over 100 psi to properly inflate the tires!

plenty of small compressors for under $100. Doesn't need to be anything fancy or super strong since you are just using it for just-in-case.

Porter-Cable 3.5 gallon 135psi pancake compressor here. Great for a variety of other tasks as well. Pneumatic tools are fairly inexpensive, great for blowing off leaves and such from your slides/roof/awning, help drying your rig after a wash, blowing out your cushions, cleaning vents, and really handy when it comes time to blow your fresh water lines.

SLIME makes several 12 vdc compressors for under $100. Any auto supply store sells them. I have one that fits into one hand and can pump 100 psi. Used it three weeks ago to top off an ELR tire to 80 psi. I bought it 8 years ago to carry in my motorcycle trunk and it still works fine.
