How do I inspect my breaks?

On my Rookwood HW277, tent trailer, I have AL-KO Hub and drum brakes.

I would like inspect the breaks now and then. Does anyone know the procedure to do this?

To do a proper inspection you need to pull the wheel then remove drum.
If your going to do this you just as well buy new grease seals and repack the wheel bearings.
