Jack issues on the road. Jack ID

I have a 2014 prime time crusader. My issue is that the rr Jack obviously has a stripped gear. TH motor functions fine and the shaft INTO the Jack turns but I can slide the main square tube up and down easily. It won't shut us down but I'm not sure of the Jack manufacturer. Can anyone identify the brand?

Need a picture. Many times the jack is aftermarket and not factory installed.

As you don't know what jack you have one thing to check. Check to see if the gear has a set screw to hold it to the shaft. If so, these can work loose.

After you browse and select photo, you need to hit upload. You can scroll down a little in the browse box to verify it was uploaded.

I think this is the one. I'd call or email Lippert and see if they can email you the exploded view of the unit.
I think it may have a shear pin on the drive coupling. Simple fix.
Here's the link: https://store.lci1.com/hd-6500-tuson-landing-gear-motor

If that's not it, they do have others listed on the website.

And this kit has the pin I mentioned. Again, contact Lippert to verify. You may or may not need the whole kit.

Thanks for the replies. I'll pull it off tomorrow and post back. It's not in the motor as the shaft turns in the front of the jack. It acts as if there are no gears in it.
Thanks again guys...

Had a fiver jack leg drop driving down the road good thing it didn't hang. Anyway I found at the top of the jack leg in side was a shear pin that broke and dropped the leg for the trip home I used a bungee cord to hold it up took apart and found the one bevel gear pin broken replaced and all was good. That is what it sounds like. I found what happened to mine was I ran it up too high and it sheared.

Well I have it apart and sure enough it's a sheared drive pin. No parts available on Sunday in SW Louisiana.
Secondary problem is that the Jack screw is locked tight obviously from raising it too high. I'll have to get it loose before reassembly for fear of shearing another pin or worse yet a gear. It's not a difficult fix but there are a number of parts.
I'll buy some extra shear pins when I find them JIC.
Thanks for the response and help.
