Laying up for the Winter

When storing a TT inside a warehouse for the winter, I have heard that you should take the pressure off the tires. How do some of you do this, and what points do you use to block up the TT as to not twist or distort the frame.?

Sounds like an old wive's tale to me. Tires are not that fragile. I like putting down the stabilizers to unload the corners and make it hard to move the trailer. Tireman ought to know.

I heard of putting some wood or something between the ground and tire but's that's all. It would also depend on what surface you park on.
