LCI Ground Control 2 Auto Level Failure

We went on our 2nd trip with the new Crusader this past weekend and the rear jacks would not move. I obviously tried manual mode to no avail, I called Lippert and they didn't have any suggestions.

The "rear" button lights up on the control panel when I press the button so the panel is working. I am assuming they are not getting power since neither rear jack would respond. I doubt both jacks would go out so quickly. Front jacks worked fine.

I have an appointment in a couple of weeks to get it to the shop but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions where I could start looking? Maybe there are typical problems I could look into.

I would do some ringing of the wires from control panel to motor, make sure you have continuity in all circuits.

Try to unplug the board with the unit off then re plug the connector in that should reset the control if it is the control, other then that it is the wire going to the ram or the controller could be bad. Lippard has just came out with a new control board.

I have exactly this same "dead rear jacks" issue. If I move the rear jack cables over to the front jack connectors on the contoller, I can manually operate the rear jacks. I have worked with Lippert support and have ordered a new controller. Anyone else seen this?

Being three months out of warranty, I got the opportunity to buy a new controller for the system. That solved the "dead rear jacks" problem and got me back into operation.
