Lippert Jack Controller not working

I've got a 2005 Georgetown MH with Lippert Hydraulics for slide room and jacks, picture attached. Slide room works. Jacks retract in emergency retract but none of the other buttons extend or retract any jack. The light that indicates "park brake not set" does nothing whether the park brake is set or not. The light that indicates "jacks not retracted" does not light and the green light that indicates "jacks fully retracted" does not light. The power light does light and have confirmed that the 6A fuse is good on the red power line. Traced the park brake ground line to the parking break and it looks fine.
Called Lippert and they said they seems to guess the controller was bad and indicated that it is obsolete but maybe the parts dept may have one.
Before diving into finding a new controller thought I'd put this out to the forum to see if anyone has any other ideas.
