Loud trailer brakes

We haven't had our 04 wildcat 5th wheel out too many times but on the trip this weekend the brakes are obnoxiously loud. I'd never heard anything before and it wounds like something on one wheel is grabbing a little on every rotation of the wheel. It's a medium pitched squeal. Is there an adjustment I can do our does it need more serious attention. We've got a long trip planned at the end of the month and I'd like to have everything right.
