Lubricating Manual Tongue Jack

Does anyone know of a way to lubricate a manual crank tongue jack? Mine appears to be totally sealed at the top; as in welded!

It's a 5,000 rated Bulldog. Doesn't look like it is meant to be able to be lubricated. Lubed for life?

bull dog is not a factory jack .............. lol what happened to the original ??
to take those apart and lube can be done but i am not sure worth the effort .
I believe it requires screwing the jack completely out then taking the handle off and sliding unit out .

Factory jack was a piece of junk. 2,000 pounds rating and just about impossible to crank. The Bulldog was a whopping $30 and is a breeze to use. It's working fine but just thought that it might be wise to try to make sure it keeps on working fine. Lube seems like a good idea but I dont' think it is going to happen . . .

Sorry for the laste response -
it has a 5 year warranty so if it fails you should be able to get it replaced.

looks like the top handle is bolted on and I am thinking you might be able to push grease down that hole.

Etrailer has a snip it on that jack here
