Mastertrack ST tires

Curious if anyone have used these tires? I have a small TT, the 195bh that has a dry weight of 3,171 lbs. It's time to replace the stock tires and these seem like a decent option the local installer has and recommended. Website says the load capacity on this size is 1760 each, with a single axle that's 3,520 total.

Should I be concerned it's so close to capacity after loading the trailer? I rarely travel with with water tanks full. The current stock tires had that capacity with no major issues although starting to wear unevenly now after a few years.

My tire size is 205/75R14. Not looking for a top of the line tire, just medium quality without breaking the bank. I can't find many other options at this size locally.
