Re=TST I got the 310 insted of the 307 because it can be used with the rubberSTEMS and got them directly form them at $250 delivered at the RV park 4 weeks ago pre-programmed, all you tell them is the amount of LBS you inflate your tires, I second guess the system also but beleive me its A 1 + no complaints
I went from factory "c" rated at 50 lbs. max to a "D" rated at 15 psi difference at CP and that is what I inflate them to per my GY Dealer. I have no problem at all. And also the PSI get's much higher then that from driving I have been to 79 PSI per the TST system, same rim. If the "E" rated tire your debating I wouldn't be worried about the rim. The tire dealer should be able to tell you that and if it will fit. I have never seen a rim explode. Not saying it can't happen but surely have not seen one yet. Has anybody?...

I have never seen a rim "explode", but I have had rims that leaked when the max rated pressure was exceeded.

I replaced the trailmasters with close to 3K miles on them with Maxxes 8008's E rated. I run them at 70 PSI, so far all is good.
