Necessary info to buy correct brake package?

Hi all,

I pulled a tire on my 2004 Wildcat 31QBH the other day, just to see what the brake assembly looks like (we've only gone on a handful of trips thus far). The magnet looked good, but I noticed the pads were at about a 3/16 inch. I thought this was low, so I checked out replacement options on etrailer.com.

First, according to the photos they have of the brake assemblies, the pads appeared to be the same thickness of the ones on my trailer. What thickness are they when new? I'm wondering if mine actually need to be replaced.

Second, how do I find out the axel capacity of my trailer? Is this on a sticker on the trailer? Or is there handy source online for this sort of info?

Found it: it was next to one of the propane tanks. 5080 lbs per axle.

And per one of the etrailer Q&As, I have nearly as much pad left as is shipped with a new assembly, so I should be good to go.
