New tt and tire cupping

Just came back from a 300 mile trip and noticed one of the trailer tire has cupping. The trailer going in the shop for winterising on thursday and I will mention it but what should I expect? This is a brand new tt and only our second trip, we didn't overload it. Would it bereasonable to expect a replacement on that tire?
