Newbie what tire should i stay away from?

Just picked up a 2004 All American Sport 36CK Toy Hauller. And it's tire time. I've been reading here and online. There so many different manufactures. I don't want to make a bad decision. I'm thinking ST's and bolt in stems if I can get them in the aluminum wheels. LT235/85/16 are what's on it now. I've read that some 235/80/16's have a higher weight rating than 85's. SO........... 80's or 85's, what brand should I avoid? New to this. Thanks for the info.
