Odd Place For A Water Stream

Hi Folks, a little forum wisdom please.
I took delivery of a 2016 Flagstaff Classic 8520 IWKS 5th wheel in January.
I'm in Rochester NY and just had a massive thaw of 19" of snow.
I noticed water dripping on the stabilizer motor which is under the right rear corner of the 5r. There is a metal skirt which wraps from the floor line and rests on the lip of the I-beam frame member. The water was coming from inside the skirt. Everything is dry inside. Can't check the corner because of the corner lamp stand. The outside is boxed in pretty solid. Roof and joints look tight. This corner also has the fresh water inlet, a AC outlet and the stabilizer switch. Any ideas ? Maybe the snow was pushing back from the AC unit and melting from ceiling to the wall. Thanks. Come on spring !
