Exclamation Odd tire size - Options??

I have a 17 foot 2014 Coachman Clipper BH w/one axle. Dry Weight is 2,890.The tires are 185/80R 13 Load Range D 8 ply. Current load capacity on these tires is 1,680 lbs @ 65 psi. It is very difficult to find replacement tires that meet all requirements and none are made in USA.

Should I stay with this size or go to a bigger wheel and tire such as a 14 inch wheel? If I go to 14 inch wheel, what problems will I have? Wheel is 5 bolt on 4 1/2" center. Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.

How about non-USA made tires that are reputable? Most trailer tires are made overseas.
