One Tire

I notice one tire is wearing very poorly. Inner & Outer edges. Tire psi ok at 65. Wheel/tire has approx a 1/4"-3/8" hop.

Inside and outside wear is indicative of under inflation for the load it is carrying.

65 PSI is not enough for what the load is in this case.

Is there another tire on that side or just this one? I'm assuming it's a trailer tire.

Dual Axle
I recently weighed trailer.
Tires rated at 2,540/tire x4
Trailer axles weighed 7,340

This wheel I jacked off the ground. I spun wheel and the is a hop in the wheel/tire 1/4"-3/8". Seems excessive, almost like the wheel is egg shaped. Steel Wheels.
Other wheel on same axle is true.
