P3 Brake Control

Just received my P3 brake control.
Ordered it Monday 21st, got today 23rd, free shipping.
installed it in about 20 minutes.
Have not pulled with it yet, but I will let y'all know how it works.
The old one ( Activator 2 ) started cutting off and on coming home from Cloudland Canyon State park last weekend.
very impressed with etrailer.

Used my P3 for the first time the other day, and am very pleased with it. Very simple to operate and very predictable braking characteristics.

I have had my P3 since 2009 or 2010 and absolutely love it. It has been in 2 different trucks towing 2 different RVs and has yet to cause me any issues. Actually, its troubleshooting abilities helped me solve part of my braking issue.

Just towed with my P3 for the first time after replacing the cheap unit installed by the RV dealer. It's definitely worth the money... something I haven't been able to say about anything else I have bought in the RV industry. I set mine on 6, and increased it to 6.5 with boost 2, per the instructions. Unless I upgrade the trailer to something heavier, I probably won't have to do anything else... works perfectly... Much easier than the old one.
