I think I'd bolt that thing on my Sand Rail just the way it is. It'd have great traction. I would need two though. Got another?

Plugging a tire should not even be considered if towing a full size camper. If patching is required, be sure the tire store employee is experienced when examining the flat tire to check for damage.

I had a flat on my 321BHTS Surveyor and only went roughly 3 blocks before installing the spare. My tire store showed me the inside of the tire (nail in center tread) and it was obvious damage was done to the sidewall in that short drive. I like safe travel and had no question to replace the tire. A little extra $$$ now can save a lot of headaches later.
