Power tongue jack stuck

I'm at a campsite right now and my 3,500 power tongue jack won't lower on my 2014 rockwood a122bh. It's stuck so I can't get the trailer off my truck. Any ideas???

Could be a blown fuse for the jack, a bum switch or broken gears. Hard to tell.

Do you have a manual crank?

Not sure what you mean by stuck. Do you have a hand crank for the tongue that you can try? Other than that, maybe some WD-40 if you or a fellow camper has some.

I tried the manual crank but it won't turn. The unit is brand new and installed last week by the Forest River techs in Indiana.

If you can pull the cover, you might find something wedged in the gears.

Hate to point out the obvious but it the jack pad stuck because your chains are in the way? Because it looks like it in your pic. And I ask not just because of the pic, but because my wife has done that before and blew a fuse.
