Rear Dual Tire Extension Issue

I want to replace a vale extension on the Outside rear dual tire on my 2004 3100 Sunseeker. Rather than deal with jacks, etc. I was wondering if there would be a problem driving that one inside tire up on a leveler, leaving the outside tire raised and able to be removed to get the extension properly seated and tightened. Would this cause undo strain to the chasie? Seems if you can drive the unit for a short while to get a tire replaced (a recent post I read here), you should be able to do this...but....I want the wisdom of others and experience. Thanks!

Dont do it. Once you remove the lug nuts both inner and outer will be loose. you could bend a rim, lose a finger etc. Please jack it up properly.
