rear tire mount

I am new here and have a question I hope someone can help me with.
It has to do with spare tire location. We had a T@B and the tire was located underneath at the rear. Very hard to deal with so I moved it up front on the frame.
Me and the wife recently purchased a Flagstaff E Pro 14` camper. The tire is up under the camper in the middle. I know this is going to be very hard to deal with if we have a flat on the road. There is not room on the front of the camper to place a tire mount because of the two propane tanks and two batteries. I know I have seen some E Pro s with the tire mounted on the back of the camper. Ours was not.
Does anyone know if there is a strong sub structure in that area so a tire mount bracket can be mounted on the rear of the E Pro 14 footer?. Also, can these tire mount brackets be purchased from a camper dealer or direct from Forest River?.

From what I understand, many manufacturers are lightening up the rear bumper and they are no longer sufficient for mounting anything to..

I would contact them.and see what the weight limit of the bumper is. That will tell you how much it can handle.
