Recommended tires???

Looking at new FR Sandpiper Fifth Wheel. Disappointed that tires are Made in China Westlake Super ST. New tire to me. Any comments or recommendations!! Tks in advance!!!

very few trailer tires are not made in china. Keep them at the proper inflation add a TPMS system and you are good to go until you really need to change. I have heard Maxiss (sp) is good but also a china tire.

If radial and of the correct load range, not marginal like most factory tires. You should be ok if you take care of them and don't run them low of air.

Westlake has good reviews, yes they are made in China but 90% are.
I've had mine for 2 years and no issues "yet"

Upgrade to 16" wheels and get some light truck tires in the next higher load range which basically is equal to the load capacity you already have with the China Bombs.

I sold 5 wheels with new tires for $500 on craigslist which offset the cost of replacements.
