Replaced FIC3500 jack with Bull Dog 3500 now there is flex

In a previous post, I broke my FIC3500 and decided to replace it with a Bull Dog 3500. All went smoothly, but now I notice some side to side "flex" in the trailer. Come to find out, the Bull Dog outside diameter is slightly smaller than the FIC so the frame hole below the mounting doesn't snuggly fit around the bull dog outer diameter, so flex. The top plate of the trailer it's screwed to flexes slightly as well and the total play is about 1/8-1/4 inch side to side or front to back. Can I just install some wedges? is there an after market product for this issue? Don't worry about it?
