Rockwood Axles, wheel and Tires

Taking delivery next week of a new 2013 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 8282WS. Trading in the Wildcat. The new unit comes with 15 inch C rating Trail Express tires that I want to replace on the way home from dealer. My Wilcat had same tires in 16 inch E rating. All 4 failed within 500 miles, with 3 being blowuots and the 4th being belt separation.
I'd like to upgrade the new Rockwood to 16 inch but there is little space between the 15 now. I don't think 16s would fit. And I'm not sure what pressure the 15 inch wheel can take. So, can anyone tell me what the axel rating on this unit is? It has the TORFLEX axles. I want to get the most tire that my axel and wheels can handle. The dry weight of the Rockwood is 7700lbs. Hitch weight is 1150ish. Any thoughts? Thanks guys.
