Because RV trailer tires are all subjected to the same forces all the time they probably don’t need to be rotated. However, I rotate mine from side to side every 3000-5000 miles to off-set the effects of road crown.

Never have and probably never will, see no need as has been said, they all see the same use at the same time. IMO, just a waste of my limited energy.

If you have a tandem or triple axle they need to be rotated for sure. The. Rear tires scrub side ways when turning and wear.

wouldn't the most loaded axle, front or rear as the case may be scrub less then the lesser loaded?

All 4 tires scrub when turning if you look closely.

On a fiver there is no drive nor steer axle, so I see no need to rotate my tires. Both axles optimumally have the same camber and toe-in and yes both axles scrub a bit on turns.

No, I don't rotate the 5th wheels tires.

The mortal enemy of my tires is dry rot from lack of use, not wear. The sidewalls will have cracks long before any uneven tread wear becomes apparent.

Need more time to camp.

I read somewhere that you never rotate radial tires from side to side as it changes the rotation and the steel belts are conformed to going one way.
