slideout bracket

I have a 2012 Rockwood Utra-lite model 2904SS. I just discovered that the edge of the slideout bracket over the front tire has been rubbing the tire , it has cut a grove in the tire. I will contact my dealer, I have the extended FR warrenty. Just wondering has anyone else had this problem. One person messaged me is why I checked mine. Looks like it hits the tire when going over a bump, it is only about 1/2 to 3/4 inch from tire when setting still.

ddavis, I will let you know. I also found a post by "majag86"
on this forum, he had the same problem, he said forest river sent a team out and reversed the slideout frame , put the part that was rubbing the tire on the back and move the part on the back to the front. we will see what happens next.
