Spare Tire carrier, transfer from bumper

Due to limited storage under the trailer I would like to move the spare from the rear bumper so I can use the rear bumper for a cargo tray. Any ideas where to store or mount my spare?

We bought a Chevy Trk tire winch on eBay and placed it behind propane tanks on our 3025 windjammer under frame. Then we reinforced the bumper
And put a Curtis 2" receiver on back for our bikes. Just went to FL and back &tows great
Good luck!

Just remember that almost all of the rear bumpers I have seen on campers were designed/built to hold a minimal load--such as a spare tire and the spare tire rack. "Grn Mtns" was correct stating that he reinforced so that it would hold more weight. Go to the "Modifications" section to see what happened when I removed my spare tire carrier and adapted it to hold four bicycles. The new bike mount being built should be able to hold the bikes and riders.
