spare tire mount

I have a spare tire that I want to mount above (on top of) the rear 4x 4 continuous weld bumper. Most mounts position the tire to the rear of the bumper. I want to mount the tire so it sits on top of the bumper (ie, closer to the trailer body). Any Ideas or knowledge of products out there?

Shouldn't be that difficult to have a welding shop mod a regular mount or if you have the equipment, do it yourself. I would mod it to make sure the tire rested on the bumper tho' to keep movement to a minimum.
