More information if needed we tow with a 2008 Ford 250 Super Duty Diesel, our hitch is a Reese Slide hitch 16k (installed by Camping World) hitch was in the maneuver mode, but tire marks were also left on the road when we pulled out of our street and it was in the tow mode. Tires were properly inflated to 60 psi. and are in near new shape. Any help would be greatly appreciated and this is a GREAT forum, so much information about or palace on wheels.
Tire marks are normal, as the tires are actually skidding to follow the tv. If you watch closely, on a left turn, the front tire will deform towards the inside and the rear tire will deform to the outside. The tires have to slide or otherwise they would either break the wheels or come off the wheels.
