Tire pressure

I have a 2016 legacy which came with tires with a pressure of 120 psi. I am having trouble airing up to 120 as all 6 tires have decreased to about 110 psi. I have an air compressor which shows a pressure in the tank of 150 but when i try to air up the tires they just don't seem to increase in pressure. I got in real trouble once at a pilot station as their pump would not increase the pressure in my tires and i finally ended up with only 60 psi in the tire i wanted to air up. I know i can't be the only one with this type of rv. What do you do. Help!

On my air compressor I have the same problem, but if I let the pump come on the pump will pump the tires up. Once the pump is running then it will pump up the tires to 110, I have a pancake air compressor, 125lbs
