Question Tire Pressure?

I've read many places to CHECK THE TIRE PRESSURE! We have and the tires have the correct pressure according to the sidewall.

I've also read where some steering problems stems from tire pressure and to adjust the tire pressure for better handling.

Then don't go too low or they'll over heat. Don't go over because of something else....

What is the correct pressure for optimal handling yet within the safety zone?

The tires are Continental 225/70R 19.5 110 PSI on a Georgetown 280 DS.
