Helps the appearance of the tires but most likely not life extension. They deteriorate from more than wear or sunlight and must be renewed regardless of appearance in 5-7 years anyway.

We just use the 303 Aerospace on the seals and tires. In our case, tires stay covered as well. We will change out tires regardless when they hit the 5 year mark from manf date, as mentioned above. Thing is we've never kept one long enough to change tires due to age. Maybe this one we will.

I use 303 Protectant on all my tires and rubber seals for UV protection. Kinda pricey, but it is supposed to be the best. Nothing will increase the life of a tire beyond about 4-5 yrs. They just go bad.

OC, how often are you putting the 303 on the seals? I probably do it way too much, but I gotta have something to do. They get wiped down at least every couple of months.
