Tire Wear

I own a 2008 27BH Cherokee. I noticed after returning from my last trip that my rear axel tires on the trailer are wearing on the inside. Recently, I changed tires and went from a 20" tire to a 18" tire. My question is what be causing the rear axle tires to wear from the inside? Front axel tires are fine. Thanks for any feedback. Rookie.
