tires not right size for trailer???
I have a 2013 Wildcat 282RKX .31 ft. I noticed the tire size after my first China bomb blew out over the weekend. My tire size is ST225/75/15r, but all the procures, paperwork sales receipts all say ST235/80R/16E so what happened to my 16's. A big difference?? Should I have 16's on my trailer???

Check your trailer build date it may be your rig is listed as a 2013 but was an early build and the units at that time might have had 15" rims. With that said if your sales receipts say 16" you might have some recourse by going back to the selling dealer.

Does the placard/sticker on the side of the trailer say 15 or 16?

16" tire were and option when I ordered our 2015 282RKX. Standard are the 15" tires and wheels.

my 2012 32RL has the ST235/80R/16E tires on it
and that is what white sticker on the front left corner
says should be on it

It could depend on you RV weight that were matched up to tires needed. My Wildcat 327ck weighs 10,500 dry and has 16" on it. If your 31' Wildcat only weighs 7-8,000 lbs it may need only 15" wheels. But if you could upgrade to E rating tires that would work.

There's not much in the form of recommendations that anyone can do without the information from the trailer's certification label. It's going to be found on the LH external section of the trailer.
If your tires are the original tires that came with the trailer and they are the same size as displayed on the certification label and when inflated to the recommended inflation pressures also depicted on the certification label, they will be the correct tires.
On the other hand, if they do not match the certification label and are in fact the OE tires then inform FR of their mistake and get some new tires, free. If FR does not respond send all info to NHTSA and they will force them to respond.

There's always another scenario... 
We bought a Jazz fifth wheel a few rigs back with nice rims and upgraded tires. When we went to pick it up, we discovered the dealer had switched the rims and tires, and also took out the good mattress and replaced it with a crappy one. Funny how when we refused the purchase, all those things showed up again real fast. Even got some nice folding chairs thrown in Turned the dealer in to Thor and the BBB.
Hopefully your dealer didn't pull the switch-a-roo on you. Probably not as they would of had to switch rims and hubs/axles.

After further inspection of the cert. labels on the front of the camper it has St225/75/15/ load e , dry weight of the camper is 8021. So I guess the tires on the camper are the right ones to have on it. I hear people taking off the ST and putting on 16" rims with 16" light truck tires like Michelins. any response to that?

I had 15" wheels and ST tires on my 09 Wildxat 27RL.
I upgraded to 16" wheels and put LT tires on my Wildcat.
I ended up getting Nexen Roadian CT8 HL 225/75R16E tires. They were priced great and have held up great to over 7,000 miles of towing this past summer. I tow at 70 to 75mph (tires are rated for 115 mph) and I camp in the back country which means I often tow (slowly) over roads that require a 4x4 to get to the good boondock sites.
The Nexen tires are made in Korea and believe it or not, I'll probably switch to this tire when my tow vehicle's tires wear out. I like their impressive 15/32" of thread and wear since new is very good.
LT tires do not have the same capacity as ST tires of the same size. Make sure your replacement LT tires have equal or greater capacity than what is currently on them. This often requries going up one size in diameter.
