Towing ?

I just purchased a Chevy 2500 w/Duramax/Allison
My question is can I add traction control to a truck that did not come from the factory with it? Rear wheels are breaking free when towing. 5th wheel pin wt 1,200#'s.
Tires: 50-60% tread life left....
