"No That is nothing more than a cheep valve cap that may change color to red if pressure is low. Of course to be a real TPMS you would need someone to run beside your trailer to watch the cap to alert the driver when they change to red". this post is funny made me LOL. But I can also see FR calling them a TPMS, to them that is what they are...

Maybe next "feature" from FR will be:

A "Hot Engine in the motorhome" just leave water out of radiator

"A/C" a block of ice and a fan to blow air across it

"Entertainment center" Old transistor radio duct taped to the side cabinet in RV

"Stone counter top" Bag of pea gravel glued to counter

" Three burner stove" Metal box with 3 cans of Sterno


All joking aside, NHTSA has a definition of TPMS that includes it functions. I wonder what they would think of FR offering a $1 valve cap as a substitute
