Hi Duckogram,

I am sorry you feel this way, and had this experience. we take customer service very seriously at TST, as many FROG members have seen.

We have recently changed our FT sensor design, to prevent this from happening. we still have our 3 year warranty, and, now include the repeater with every kit, as well as our new color or mono chromatic display.

I would like you to either PM me or call me at 210-420-0132 so I can get your information, and I would like to send you a complete new system with our new FT sensors, color display, and repeater, and I will put a 3 year warranty on it, at no charge to you.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for your positive response and generous offer. As you know, I have a new system that works quite well and I am very satisfied with its usability and interface.

Additionally, flow thru sensors are not safely compatible with the wheel cover configuration on my new coach in my opinion.

It is refreshing to see that the issue I encountered was known and recently addressed by TST under new ownership. I hope current users of the 507 system enjoy its benefits.

Your offer of relief comes way too late for me to consider so I will have to take a pass. Thank you for the offer.

It is refreshing to see Customer Service is not dead after all. After reading this thread and others; I decided to buy TST at Greatrvproducts.com. After a blowout and loss of two tires in a very bad spot this summer, I would like some more piece of mind; and the ability to swap sensors easily to a new trailer if I upgrade at some point. Thanks TST!
