Trailer axle capacity question

I have the frame of a 1973 21' Ideal travel trailer. I've been trying to figure out the axle weight capacities. It's got tandem axles, 6 lug on 5 1/2". 1.75" square axles. The leaf springs are .315" thick- 5 layers. The outer bearing # is LM12749. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
