Angry Vibration in the rear of coach FOUND

I have a 2016 Georgetown with a very bad vibration that feels like it is in the rear at a speed of 67 Mph and up. This vibration has always been there. The dealer received a ok from FR for a alignment and tire balance (6). I took the MH to a Wingfoot/Goodyear truck tire dealer who found 4 bent/out of round wheels, all on the rear. One front tire was a little out of balance. The consensus from the Goodyear techs was at least one of the rims had been balanced with the defect. Conclusion this chassis left the factor with 4 bent rims. I am waiting on approval and rims from FR.

Great that the problem was easily found and will be easily remedied. Vibrations can be a bear to find.

1st update is FR passes on replacing the rims and refer me to a Ford dealership which I think is the proper way. I will keep on updating until repaired.

I will be the sceptic on this one, hope I'm wrong, but Ford will probably come back with something like, we have no responsibility for the rims as they were ok when the chassis left our plant, it is FR's problem. Hope Ford proves me wrong.

2nd update I found the only Ford dealership in AR that will look at the problem. The service manager is very positive that Ford will take care of the problem but first they will dismount all four rear wheels and record the run out on each wheel and send this along with the VIN (investigate as too other vehicles affected ) to Ford engineering. Will update after this after dealer visit.

3rd update. The service manager told me that these are the squares wheels that he has ever seen. He has been in contact with Ford engineering and has ordered the four new wheels.

4th update. This is going to be a book before long. Ford came through and paid for four new wheels but found that two of the oem tires are not round so here we go again. Waiting to hear from Ford and Goodyear.

Well, it looks as though they are stepping up to take care of the problem so congrats for that. I kept watching for "not responsible for road hazard damage, etc, etc"

Last update. Ford has come through with two new tires to go with the four new rims. All under warranty plus they are looking at replacing my rear valve stems with some that cane be accessed. Cogswell Ford in Russellville Ar rocks.

I picked up my Georgetown today and it was a nice ride with no vibration. The Ford dealership replaced four rear rims and two rear goodyear tires at no charge. The only thing I paid for was the oil change that I requested.
