I ended up with the Maxxis Load Range E Tires. They were considerably more expensive than other tires, but I figured why not spend the extra change on it!!!

another thread on this forum mentioned that load range E with higher PSI also gives the trailer less bounce when walking or playing inside as compared with load range C or D at the lower PSI
